The 6 year old was playing with big turtle toy holder in the bathtub.
"Mom, I am going to design a video game with this turtle. For the controls, to make it swim forward you will
click the mouse where you want it to go forward and it will travel there.
To go left, right, or back you will use the arrow keys. The space bar will make it roll, attack, and eat. Although, not all at the same time, the... computer will know which one of those three you will need to do based on the game.
If the turtle tries to swim into a crack too small, he will bump his shell and lose a life point"
Ok, so he has thought this out.
Time to get him into LabVIEW so he can make it a reality, that is likely the only programming platform he can start with, since it is icon based and the 6 year old can't exactly read yet.
